February 2026 was one of the most annoying months ever. Our apartment flooded, and we were displaced for two weeks. That would be tough for anyone, but adding an 8-month-old to the equation made it even more difficult. Thank God that we had renters' insurance.

After a week of cleaning and reorganizing, we are pretty much back to normal.

I don't typically share a lot of personal stuff, but I felt the need to share this one today. In life, things are going to happen. You have to decide if you are going to sink or swim. I try to maintain a positive, optimistic attitude, but this event tested me. There were a couple of days when I questioned why this happened. I realized that, even though the situation sucked, it was just a test. Something great is on the way, and I truly believe that.

Nothing new with KDP. I'll remove it from the email update until I figure out my next project.

Facebook Pages

Monetized Page - I'll be getting my second payment for my monetized page.

Sports page - I publish 1-2 posts per day on this page.

My Money Chronicles - My goal is to get to 10,000 followers. I'm currently at 4750 followers. Almost halfway there. The goal is to start posting more reels to speed up the process.

New City Page - I created a page about a city. I post facts and news about it. It may eventually be the best out of all the pages. On February 19th, it had 4 followers. Now it has over 600 and is growing. I'm running ads on it as well. Right now, I'm getting new followers for $0.05 each.

Amazon Influencer Program

I recorded ten new videos and made a couple of sales with creator connections. February was one of the best months with the program.

Reselling

Reselling has been slow for me this year. Hopefully, since I'm back home, it will pick up. I need to add 15 items to my eBay store. I also have some things that need to be cross-posted to Mercari and Poshmark.

My Money Chronicles - I posted a couple of shorts. I now have 470 subscribers. Let's get to 500!
