Happy New Year, everyone. I hope 2025 is starting off well for you. I have some big things happening this year. Before I focus on 2025, I want to discuss 2024 one last time.

2024 was a pretty good year for me.

It was one of the best years ever for My Money Chronicles, with almost 200,000 page views. I'm looking forward to 2025, which will be even better. Please tell your family and friends about My Money Chronicles and encourage them to subscribe to this newsletter today.

Side Hustles

Amazon KDP - I released three new Amazon coloring books. You can check them out here.

Second Website & Facebook Page—I've been adding content to the second site, but things have been moving slowly. The site was trending upwards until July/August. A Google update may have affected it. I've spent the last month making some updates. I will keep you updated on how things go.

The Facebook page for the site has been growing. My cousin and I have been posting different things on there. We really want to get it into the Facebook Bonus Program ASAP.

Other Facebook pages: Slowly adding content to them, but they aren't a priority right now.

Amazon Influencer Program—I started this side hustle in the fourth quarter of 2024. I posted videos inconsistently, but I still have over 200 live. I want to reach 1000 to see how much I'll make on it monthly. This is not one of my main hustles, but it will help me since my MSN income is gone.

Reselling - I used to be the eBay king a couple of years ago. Now, I'm very part-time with it. I probably go to thrift stores once every other month at this point. In 2023, I knew that for other things to prosper, I wouldn't be able to focus on reselling as much. I made the right decision.

I made $2000 less reselling items in 2024 than I did in 2023, but my income increased in several other areas.

YouTube

My YouTube channel had its highest number of views ever, at 7935, in 2024. That was 40% more views than it had in 2023. I guess that's what happens when you get semi-serious about it. I will blow past that number of views this year. Make sure that you subscribe to the channel here.

Student Loan Debt Update

One of my original goals was to pay off all my debt, which is one of the reasons I started blogging 12 years ago. In the last 10 years, I've paid off over $60,000. In 2022, I focused less on paying off my debt and more on growing the business.

I think that I made the right decision. 2024 was my best month EVER with my side income. I'm still working on paying off my student loan debt, too.

My current student loan debt is $31,382.86

My private loan = $2972.34 ( Will be gon VERY soon)

Federal Loans - $ 28,710.52

Last year, I still had over $8600 to pay for my private loan. I refinanced with Sofi and received a much better rate. If you are considering refinancing your student loans, check out Sofi here. I also made tons of extra payments for it.

A lot happened in 2024. I plan to take that momentum into 2025.
